Key Responsibilities:
To work closely with the Sales Unit with the objective of increasing the productivity of the unit, this would include, training, coaching & JFW.
To handhold probationer and ensure probation clearance.
Ensuring high activation of frontline sales.
To train and coach Agency Managers on knowledge, skill and to productivity through classroom interaction, joint field work and individual counseling.
Work in close coordination with BMs for planning and goal setting of Agency Managers.
Conduct Training sessions on Product and processes for BMs as well as Agency Managers.
Conduct and train on lead generation activities.
Responsible for onboarding of Agency Managers through training and assessments.
Provide adequate support in conducting Customer Meets, Worksites. Driving various specialized initiatives for Branch Retention.
Technical Competencies:
Knowledge of insurance concepts, basic pricing, product structures, banking and financial products, competitive environment, financial planning and banking and insurance customer behavior
Training delivery & facilitation skills
Understanding of various training tools and techniques to be used in the program.
