- We at ByteForza are looking for a Inside Sales/ Business Development Team who will be responsible for building the commercial software services sales team for the USA region from the ground up. You will be responsible for the sales of innovative software solutions & SaaS products to customers in the USA.

Job Title: Inside Sales/ Business Development
Location: Coimbatore In office (mandatory)

Roles and responsibilities:
Generate leads through outbound cold calling, email campaigns, and other sales prospecting techniques.
Qualify leads and prospects to determine their needs, budget, and timeline for purchasing.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to educate prospects on the features and benefits of our products.
Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to upsell products and services and secure renewals.
Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling within existing accounts.
Utilize CRM software to track leads, update customer information, and manage sales pipelines.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and goals.
Stay current on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings.
Participate in sales training programs and ongoing professional development activities.
Provide feedback to management on customer needs, market trends, and product enhancements.
Desired Profile:
Experience in all phases of the sales cycle. Should be willing to take up the Sales as individual contributor for Sales initially, and later build a Sales Team
Proven track record of success in inside sales or a similar sales role.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers over the phone.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Highly motivated, with a strong desire to achieve sales targets and goals.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
Prior experience in the technology industry is a plus.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new sales techniques and strategies.
