Inside Sales Executive

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth for our outsourcing/staffing industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, business development, and account management within the outsourcing industry. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy, identifying new business opportunities, and building and maintaining strong relationships with clients

5+ years of experience in the US market in sales, business development, or account management within the staffing/outsourcing industry.Roles and Responsibilities
 Excellent communication, counseling, and selling skills.
 4 yrs for Inside Sales Manager(Individual manager) experience in Inside Sales / Tele sales / Online Sales and B2C sales.
 Cold call potential clients in different geographies.
 Must be able to make 80 - 100 cold calls per day.
 Work with CRM Database.
 Develop and maintain relationships with potential partners which may include: targeted customers, design professionals, partner companies, community leaders, utilities, equipment manufacturers, and engineering firms.
 Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth
 Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through various channels including networking, referrals, and cold outreach
 Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients to maximize sales opportunities
 Collaborate with the delivery team to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery
 Manage the sales pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management
 Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and tactics
 5+ years of experience in the US market in sales, business development, or account management within the outsourcing industry
