- We are urgently hiring candidates for the position of Assistant Sales Manager at our leading Real Estate Company at Pune Location.
Experience : 6 Months-2 Years in Real Estate.
Freshers with Excellent English Communication can also apply.
Gender-Male/ Female
Work from Office mandatory.
Candidates should have bike.
JD:
Should have experience in calling the clients and convince them to come for the site visit.
Experience in working as a Sourcing or Closing Manager can also apply
Connecting the various channel partners and developers and activating them for any project.
Organize, Plan and Implement (real-estate) project specific sales
Coordinate site visit with prospective buyers and enable deal closure.
Ensuring final documents are organized
Making available property data base of the area.
Maintain cordial relationships with prospective Builder and Prospective buyers and other customers of the company
Catering clients as per their need from the available database
