Role Description
As a Real Estate Consultant, you will be responsible for tasks such as sales, property negotiations, training, and real estate expertise.
Scope of the role
Responsible for attending site visits, negotiations, and transaction closure.
Building and maintaining excellent client relationships and associated documentation management
Identify, evaluate, and maintain relationships with potential channel partners for the sale of residential properties and other real estate professionals to drive walk-ins.
Ensure timelessness and accuracy of deliverables, client service delivery and engagement calls, meetings, site visits, follow-up, and overall governance.
Inter-department collaboration within the company to ensure closures and meet revenue goals by supporting the transaction advisory team to execute and. conclude transactions effectively.
Qualifications
2-10 years of Real Estate Sales experience.
Must have experience in handling ticket sizes of more than 7 Cr.
Must have experience in handling HNI Clients
Graduation (Any)/Post Graduation (Any)
MahaRERA Agent Training Program Certificate. (preferred)
Passionate about real estate sales.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Immediate joiners would be preferred,
