Lingo Forge extends Lingo's capabilities by supporting token creation and training of LLMs on-premises, aiming to bring an affordable Enterprise-GPT with role-based data access and support for natural language to image generation. Job Summary: The Business Development Executive (SaaS Sales) will play a critical role in driving the growth of our SaaS offerings by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and closing deals. This role requires a proactive individual with a passion for technology and a strong understanding of SaaS business models. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and research potential clients and new business opportunities in the target market. Generate leads through various channels including networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and social media. Qualify leads to ensure they meet the companys ideal customer profile. Client Visits & Product Pitching: Regularly visit prospective and existing clients to present and pitch our SaaS products. Conduct in-depth product demonstrations, tailored to the specific needs and pain points of each client. Engage clients in face-to-face meetings to build trust and foster long-term relationships. Sales & Relationship Building: Understand client needs and propose appropriate SaaS solutions that align with their business objectives. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders. Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring the satisfaction of both the client and the company. Market Research & Strategy: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors products. Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams to help refine the product offerings and go-to-market strategies. Assist in the development of sales strategies and plans to meet or exceed revenue targets. Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system. Prepare and deliver regular reports on sales performance and market insights to senior management. Key Qualifications: Experience: 2+ years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the SaaS or technology sector. Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets. Skills: Strong understanding of SaaS business models and technology sales processes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients. Ability and willingness to travel regularly for client meetings and presentations. Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales tools. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team. Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
