As we expand our footprint in the US and European markets, we are seeking a driven and experienced Business Development Executive to spearhead our SaaS product sales in these regions. Position Overview: The Business Development Executive (SaaS Sales US & European Markets) will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and closing new business opportunities within the US and European markets. This role requires an in-depth understanding of SaaS sales processes, market dynamics in these regions, and the ability to build relationships with enterprise clients. Key Responsibilities: Market Research & Lead Generation: Conduct thorough research to identify potential clients and business opportunities in the US and European markets. Generate leads through targeted outreach, including networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and digital marketing channels. Qualify leads based on regional market needs and SandLogic's SaaS product offerings. Client Visits & Product Pitching: Conduct customized product demonstrations that address specific business challenges faced by clients in these markets. Build trust and foster long-term relationships through face-to-face meetings and consistent follow-ups. Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement a strategic sales plan tailored to the US and European markets to achieve sales targets. Engage with key decision-makers, including C-level executives, to understand their needs and propose suitable SaaS solutions. Negotiate and close deals, ensuring alignment with the companys objectives and client satisfaction. Market Insights & Feedback: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory requirements in the US and European regions. Provide feedback to internal teams (product, marketing, etc.) to refine offerings and enhance market positioning. Contribute to the development of go-to-market strategies that resonate with clients in these regions. Reporting & Documentation: Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system. Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market conditions, and future sales projections for senior management. Key Qualifications: Experience: 2+ years of experience in business development or sales, with a focus on SaaS products and international markets. Proven track record of successfully selling SaaS products to clients in the US and/or European markets. Skills: Strong understanding of SaaS business models and sales processes within the US and European contexts. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients across cultures. Ability and willingness to travel internationally for client meetings and presentations. Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and familiarity with digital marketing tools. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a cross-functional team.
