Business Development Representative

Education Japan is an Education Consulting Firm assisting students to study abroad. Our key Geographies include Asian Countries especially Japan. We are pioneers in Japanese education system and have helped several students to navigate complexities of admission process in Japan in the past 5 years

Responsibilities
 Visiting schools/Institutions on a regular basis to look for new business opprtunities.
 Conducting sessions in Schools/Institute to promote education opportunities in Japan.
 Research and analyze market trends, competitors, and potential partnerships to identify new business opportunities.
 Represent the company at school events, University fairs and other similar events.
 Develop strategies to expand the company's client base and market presence.
 Establish and nurture relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners.
 Generate leads through networking, and other prospecting techniques.
 Convert leads into sales opportunities by understanding client needs, proposing solutions, and negotiating terms.
 Create compelling business proposals, presentations, and pitches tailored to the needs of potential clients.
 Set ambitious but achievable sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
 Gather feedback from clients, prospects, and partners to inform product development.
 Manage and track sales activities, pipeline, and client interactions. Keep detailed records of all business development efforts, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Required Skills and Experience
 Dynamic personality with an inclination to contribute to the growth of the company
 Smart and fluent in verbal and written communication. Should be able to communicate with senior representatives in schools/ colleges and present Education Japan services to an audience
 Travel ready within Delhi/ NCR and India.
 Proficient in creating decks and working on Microsoft Office suites
 Self-driven person: Ability to work effectively in a small setup with minimal support requirement
 Graduate from any discipline
 Only people ready to work full time from Education Japan office in Noida and open to work in a rigorous startup environment need apply
