Expertise in sales and marketing plans that improve market share for the category and propel brands to success. Strong knowledge in Industrial Automation industry and automation engineering applications know-how in different domains to influence stakeholders and translate ideas into results. Utilises research and business aptitude for analysing market segments, product potential, promotion and networking for machine industrial automation. Leverages understanding of products and technology in building & sustaining profitable relationship and delivering application support for automation equipment to drive sales in the assigned markets. Job Description:
Product portfolio: PLC, Motion Controllers, Power Supplies, Safety Relays, Servo Drives & Motors, HVAC Controllers, VFD, Soft starter, Process PLC, SCADA, HMI, IPC, Contactor, MPCB, MCB, MCCB, ACB
Application portfolio: Packaging, SPM, GPM, HVAC, CPG, Life Science, MMM, WWW, Lift, Material Handing, Material Working, Pharma, Health Care, Transportation.
Business portfolio: OEMs, End User, PnB, Retail Business Utilising strong understanding of products, application, market trends and & customer requirements to explain the value to internal & external stakeholders. Pursuing increased market awareness of both the brand and overall product portfolio, managing introduction and growth of various new product offers. Developing relationships across segments to help build sales and achieve growth for the Industrial Business unit.
Sales Management: Managing, Developing, Aligning, Strategizing and Motivating team to bring the desirable result
Business Development: Defining business growth initiatives for the portfolio and identify new segment for growth.
Portfolio Management: Handling Industrial automation for OEM, End User and Panel Builders, system study and recommendation of optimum solution
Sales Enablement: Communicating value proposition of products (features, benefits, pricing and licensing of upcoming releases) to team and using consultative selling approach to optimize product sales
Go to Market: Positioning and messaging and coordinating cross-functional implementation of strategic Go-To-Market plans and sales tools (play book, competition analysis) for the region.
Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Conducting marketing intelligence, analysing competitors offer and defining value proposition of company products
Relationship Management: Establishing relationship to support distributor sales of Industrial Automation products and collaborating with customer management and sales functions to facilitate seamless product and solution launches
OEM Support: Working with machine expert community and providing guidance to OEM in the areas of Industrial Automation products/integration solutions
Training and Team Management: Managing team in steering marketing functions and training Sales Executives and channels on new offers, products and solutions

Qualifications
Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
Strong Sales and Sales Management abilities
Experience in providing training sessions
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Knowledge of industrial automation products and technologies
Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering (masters would be an added advantage)
Minimum 5 years of experience in relevant industry,
