    About the client: PSS has been mandated to hire an Associate Manager / Manager - Sales and Business Development - API Commercial - Europe / APAC for one of the leading pharmaceutical companies. Reports to: Regional Head Europe Sales & BD Europe and LATAM Job Purpose The candidate would be responsible for Sales and Business Development - API Commercial - Europe / API Commercial APAC activities in the assigned regions/territories: Key Responsibilities Sales Management Responsible for meeting the sales targets of the organization for assigned territory through active client interaction, effective planning and budgeting. Devise strategies and techniques necessary for achieving the sales targets Responsible for obtaining profitable results along with the sales team through skills development and product knowledge development. Manage the sales administration function, operational performance reporting, streamlining processes and systems wherever possible, and advising senior management on maximizing business relationships and creating an environment where customer service can flourish Sales Planning & Review Accurately forecast annual, quarterly, and monthly revenue streams. Provides quarterly results assessments of sales Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the companys unique selling propositions and differentiators. Perform Market Research and obtain market intelligence as required to identify avenues for business extension. Ensure that data is accurately managed within the companys CRM or other sales management system. Customer Relationship Management Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network. Responsible for not only selling but also maintaining and improving relationships with the client. Establishing personal contact and rapport with top-echelon decision-makers. Other Competencies / Behavioural Skills Good written and verbal communication skills Inclination towards Sales and Marketing Proficient with Excel & PowerPoint presentations Excellent Interpersonal skills, Analytical skills Good at cross-functional work & optimum resource utilization Experience The ideal candidate should have between 7 to 14 years of experience in handling Sales and Business operations for the Europe region in the pharma/ B2B segment is Mandatory Qualification Science Graduate,
