Digital Integration: Collaborate with the digital marketing team to ensure seamless integration of online and offline retail strategies. Develop strategies to leverage digital channels for driving in-store traffic and supporting online-to-offline customer journeys. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Proactively identify and pursue new customer relationships to drive sales and revenue. Competitive Analysis: Stay informed about competitors and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge Utilize market intelligence to make data-driven decisions and adjustments to business strategies. Product Customization and Merchandising: Collaborate with the product development team to create customized textile and home furnishing products based on customer preferences. Work closely with the merchandising team to ensure the display and promotion of niche products in-store. Sales and Revenue Generation: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Negotiate contracts and agreements with customers, ensuring favorable terms for the company. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, operations, and finance teams to align business development strategies with overall company objectives. Provide insights and feedback to internal teams based on customer interactions and market dynamics. Team Leadership and Training: Lead, mentor, and motivate the team to achieve individual and collective targets. Conduct training programs to enhance the team's product knowledge and sales skills. Qualifications and Requirements: Masters in Retail Management, Retail Marketing Strategy or a related field Proven experience in business development, preferably in the retail sector with a focus on textiles and home furnishings Strong understanding of customer needs and market dynamics in the textile and home furnishing industry.
