Position: Relationship Manager

Department- Distribution Alliance & Emerging Channels Sub-Department / Vertical Partnership Distribution

Location-Jaipur

Reporting- Manager Business

.Purpose: Get business through Channel Partners

Key Responsibilities: 

Achievement of premium and number of policies.

 Ensuring min 70% activation of the Channel Partners assigned to him.

 To achieve targets for the designated partner through effective sales strategies.

 Sales planning and training need analysis.

 Existing Channel partners management.

 To build and manage relationships with various channel partners to retain business.

Role Requirements:

Education: Graduate Degree / Diploma

Experience Range: 0 to 2 years in sales

Professional Experience/ Skills

:  Minimum of 6 Months experience in Life insurance, sales management, Retail bank distribution, Co-operative bank and Channel management and / or DSA relationship.

 Good communication skills  English & Regional language ( Mandatory)
