You will be responsible for building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, providing personalized insurance solutions, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
 Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
 Understand clients" financial needs and provide tailored life insurance solutions to meet those needs.
 Educate clients on various life insurance products and their benefits.
 Conduct regular reviews of clients" insurance portfolios and make necessary adjustments.
 Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the business.
 Prepare and present sales proposals and policy recommendations.
 Handle client inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure timely follow-ups.
 Stay updated with industry trends, product knowledge, and regulatory changes.
 Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless policy processing and customer service.

Qualifications
 Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
 Proven experience as a Relationship Manager, Financial Advisor, or similar role in the life insurance or financial services industry.
 Strong understanding of life insurance products and financial planning concepts.
 Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
 Customer-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Preferred Skills
 Experience in client relationship management within the life insurance sector.
 Knowledge of local market trends and customer preferences.
