The role of a Relationship Manager (Life Insurance) is vital to our organization as they are responsible for building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients to ensure their life insurance needs are met. The Relationship Manager plays a crucial role in expanding our client base, providing excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
 Identify potential life insurance clients and build a strong customer base
 Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients
 Understand clients" life insurance needs and recommend suitable policies
 Manage the sales process from initial contact to policy issuance
 Conduct regular client meetings to review their coverage and offer additional products
 Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries and concerns
 Collaborate with underwriters and other teams to expedite policy issuance
 Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors" offerings
 Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas
 Prepare and present reports on sales activities and results
 Participate in networking events and industry conferences to expand professional network
 Adhere to all regulatory and compliance requirements
 Contribute to the development of marketing strategies and promotional materials

Required Qualifications
 Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field
 Proven work experience as a Life Insurance Agent or Life Insurance Sales Representative
 Licensed Insurance Agent with a valid life insurance license
 Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets
 In-depth knowledge of various life insurance products and underwriting processes
 Strong understanding of the regulatory requirements in the insurance industry
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
 Ability to analyze clients" financial situations and recommend appropriate coverage
 Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships
 Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
 Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
 Ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently
 Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
 Willingness to continuously update knowledge and skills
