    Job Title: Technical Sales Engineer/Senior Engineer Sales/ 

    Job Location: Delhi/NCR

    Roles and Responsibilities: 

    • Identify and approach potential clients within designated regions.
    • Manage the entire sales process, including submitting offers, technical discussions, negotiation, order
    • finalization, execution, and payment collection.
    • Prepare reports and maintain comprehensive customer records.
    • Solicit reviews and appreciation letters from clients.
    • Negotiate tender and contract terms to meet client and company requirements.
    • Offer pre-sales technical assistance and product education.
    • Provide after-sales technical support.
    • Deliver technical presentations and demonstrate product suitability to clients.
    • Conduct product training sessions.
    • Gather market intelligence on competition, infrastructure, and technical costs.
    • Collaborate with the sales team and technical experts to optimize customer satisfaction.
    • Ensure sales targets are met consistently.

    Desired Candidate Profile:

    • 2-8 years of previous experience in industrial equipment sales.
    • Strong industry knowledge.
    • Excellent customer-facing skills.
    • Effective written and verbal communication.
    • Self-motivated and creative problem-solving abilities.
    • Degree or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical.

    1. Manage Sales Engineer Team:
    Lead and supervise the Sales Engineer Team, ensuring collaboration, performance, and achievement of targets.
    2. Prepare Reports and Maintain Records:
    Generate comprehensive reports for company management.
    Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records.
    3. Client Interaction:
    Obtain reviews and appreciation letters from clients to assess customer satisfaction.
    4. Negotiation and Contract Management:
    Negotiate tender and contract terms and conditions to align with both client and company requirements.
    5. Technical Assistance and Education:
    Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education to clients.
    6. After-Sales Support:
    Work on after-sales support services, offering necessary technical backup as required.
    7. Product Presentations:
    Deliver technical presentations, demonstrating how products meet client needs

    8. Client Development:
    Identify and approach new clients in designated regions, maximizing client potential.
    9. Persuasion and Quotation:
    Persuade clients that company products or services best satisfy their needs in terms of quality, price, and
    delivery.
    Calculate client quotations and administer client accounts.
    10. Product Training and Market Intelligence:
    Arrange and conduct product training sessions.
    Collect market intelligence on competition, establishment, infrastructure, and technical costs.
    11. Collaboration and Team Support:
    Liaise with other members of the sales team and technical experts.
    Provide training and produce support material for other sales team members.
    12. Target Achievement:
    Ensure that individual and Sales Team targets are consistently met.

    Desired Candidate Profile:

    • Minimum 5-10 years of previous industrial equipment sales experience.
    • Minimum 3-5 years of previous experience of Team Handling.
    • Comprehensive industry knowledge.
    • Strong customer-facing skills.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication.
    • Self-motivated with creative problem-solving abilities.
    • Degree or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical
