- We are seeking a Technical Sales Executive with a proven track record in finding clients independently and selling hardware product development solutions. As a Technical Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with potential clients, and closing deals. Your responsibilities will also include contributing to different phases of the sales process and New Business Development across a broad range of verticals.
You will be expected to establish relationships with key client personnel and the CXOs and CXO-1s of the client organization and understand its organizational culture. A previous track record of opening new accounts is necessary for this role, as it is a pure hunting role. In collaboration with leadership, you will create and review the sales plan, pursuit plan, and business pipeline to ensure the achievement of targets and seek out new business opportunities. You will also develop customized solutions pitches in close collaboration with the Technical Lead.
Requirements:
Proven track record in finding clients independently and selling hardware product development solutions
Successful experience selling (hunting) business solutions across multiple industries
Knowledge of formalized sales processes
Experience working within matrix selling, Major account development and most importantly, strong Business Development/Relationship management/Account management skills
An excellent command of English for business and fluency
Experience across multiple verticals/industries and Services companies
Experience specifically of selling services and solutions is mandatory
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience working with sales tools such as CRM
Candidates with experience selling services and solutions to international clients would be preferred
Candidates with an engineering background would be preferred
Additional Information:
Our clients are international, so the successful candidate must be available to work according to the Eastern Standard Time (EST) zone.
