    Overview The Country Sales Leader - GTM plays a critical role in driving the company's sales strategy and growth within a specific country. This position oversees the entire sales function, including sales planning, execution, and performance monitoring, to ensure the achievement of revenue targets and market penetration. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the company's business objectives Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and performance management Identify market opportunities, conduct competitive analysis, and develop go-to-market strategies Establish strong relationships with key customers and partners to drive business growth Monitor sales performance, analyze sales data, and iterate sales strategies to improve results Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with overall business initiatives Create and manage sales budgets, forecasts, and reporting Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards in all sales activities Drive continuous improvement in sales processes, tools, and methodologies Participate in the development and execution of pricing strategies and negotiations Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows Prepare and present regular sales performance reports to senior management Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance the company's competitive position Collaborate with global sales leadership to align regional strategies with global initiatives Lead talent acquisition and development efforts to build a high-performing sales team Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field Proven experience in sales leadership, preferably in a regional or national capacity Demonstrated success in driving sales growth and meeting revenue targets Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs within the specified country Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies and go-to-market plans Proficiency in sales analysis, forecasting, and performance metrics Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities Experience working within a matrix organization and cross-functional teams Knowledge of CRM and sales management software Track record of building and leading high-performing sales teams Ability to travel as needed for customer meetings, events, and team management Strong business acumen and negotiation skills Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment Fluency in the local language(s) and proficiency in English Skills: cross-functional teams,business strategy,communication,sales,go-to-market strategies,negotiation skills,competitive analysis,talent acquisition,talent development,sales planning,compliance,gtm,negotiations,business administration,legal standards,leadership,ethics,sales management software,sales management,industry trends,sales performance reporting,sales strategy,interpersonal skills,market penetration,performance monitoring,crm,team building,sales analysis,relationship management,marketing,forecasting,industry events,execution,revenue targets,management,sales performance analysis,market analysis,pricing strategies,sales budgeting,
