Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as an Associate Lead - Sales and Account Management. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales efforts and managing key client accounts. You will play a crucial role in generating new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should possess excellent sales and account management skills, a strong customer focus, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals and targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, prospecting, and networking.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, serving as their primary point of contact.
Understand client needs and provide effective solutions to meet their requirements.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of products and services.
Prepare and deliver sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
Monitor market trends, competitors, and industry developments to identify opportunities for business growth.
Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts.
Assist in training and mentoring junior sales team members.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales and account management, preferably in a similar industry.
Strong understanding of sales techniques, strategies, and processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Willingness to travel as required.,
