Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Specialist. The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for lead generation, customer satisfaction, and communication. The Inside Sales Specialist will also be responsible for customer service activities.
Qualifications
Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills
Experience in customer satisfaction and communication
Customer Service skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high fluency in English is mandatory and experience in any other language is a plus
Proven track record of meeting targets and exceeding quotas
Proficiency with CRM software, MS Excel, and Powerpoint
Strong interpersonal skills with. ability to foster and maintain customer relationships
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
At least 2-3 years of experience in Inside Sales and lead generation,
