Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Specialist at Fonada in Noida. The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for lead generation, ensuring customer satisfaction, effective communication, and providing exceptional customer service on a daily basis.

Customer Satisfaction and Communication skills
Customer Service skills
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships
Proven track record in sales or customer service roles

Experience in the telecommunications industry is a plus
