This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales TL - Edtech located in Noida. The Inside Sales TL will be responsible for lead generation, ensuring customer satisfaction, effective communication with customers, and providing excellent customer service. The Inside Sales TL will lead and manage a team of inside sales representatives to achieve sales targets and meet customer needs.
Qualifications
Inside Sales, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Service skills
Lead Generation and Communication skills
Experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the Edtech industry
Experience in managing a team of inside sales representatives
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
Good understanding of digital marketing and technology
Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment,
