- Position Overview: We are seeking detail-oriented and efficient Non-Voice Support Executives to join our back-end operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting various operational tasks that ensure seamless business functionality while maintaining a high level of accuracy and quality in all deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and process incoming data and information requests accurately and promptly.
Assist in the preparation of reports, documentation, and other administrative tasks as required.
Maintain and update databases and digital records to ensure data integrity and compliance.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve operational issues and enhance workflow processes.
Monitor and track progress on assignments, ensuring deadlines are met.
Provide support for various back-office processes, including data entry, order processing, and customer inquiries.
Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality and data security.
Requirements
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in business administration, operations, or related fields.
Previous experience in a non-voice support or back-office role is preferred, but freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with database management software.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
