Responsibilities:
Backend Operations:

Troubleshoot basic technical issues related to computer operations.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Customer Support:
Handle inbound and outbound customer support calls professionally and efficiently.
Assist customers with their inquiries, issues, and feedback.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance.
Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with the service.
Qualifications:
Proficiency in using computers and various software applications.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to handle customer calls with patience and professionalism.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
