About the Role:

As a Business Development and Client Servicing Executive, you'll play a crucial role in driving our agency's growth and ensuring client satisfaction. This position offers a unique blend of business development and client management, allowing you to showcase your versatility and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:
 Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base
 Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
 Act as the primary liaison between clients and our creative team
 Coordinate effectively with clients and designers to ensure project success
 Manage client expectations and deliver exceptional customer service
 Present creative concepts and campaign ideas to clients
 Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of all deliverables
 Upsell additional services and solutions to existing clients to increase revenue and client engagement

Qualifications:
 2-3 years of experience in business development, client servicing, or a related field in the advertising industry
 Strong communication and interpersonal skills
 Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
 Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
 Passion for advertising and creativity
