- Key Responsibilities:
Market Research & Analysis
Initiate & conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape within the dermatology products sector.
Analyse market data, consumer insights, and industry reports to provide actionable recommendations for product development and marketing strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, Marketing, and Sales to translate insights into innovative product solutions and business opportunities.
Product Development:
Lead product development projects from concept to commercialization, ensuring alignment with company objectives, market demands, and regulatory requirements.
Work closely with R&D teams to drive innovation, optimize formulations, and introduce new products that meet customer expectations and enhance the companys product portfolio.
Event Management and Execution:
Plan, coordinate, and execute Patient Camps, promotional events, conferences, trade shows, and educational seminars to enhance company visibility and customer engagement.
Manage event budgets, logistics, vendor relationships, and timelines to ensure seamless execution and achievement of marketing goals.
Evaluate event effectiveness through post-event analysis and metrics, providing insights for future event planning and improvements.
Strategic Planning and Collaboration:
Develop strategic marketing plans and initiatives based on market insights, competitive analysis, and business objectives.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align marketing strategies with sales objectives, product launches, and corporate branding initiatives.
Foster relationships with key opinion leaders, dermatologists, and industry influencers to strengthen brand positioning and advocacy
Customer and Competitive Insights:
Monitor and analyze competitor activities, market conditions, and industry developments.
Gather and interpret data on customer satisfaction, preferences, and feedback.
Provide actionable insights to improve customer engagement and product positioning.
Data Management and Reporting:
Design and manage surveys, focus groups, and other research methodologies.
Utilize advanced data analysis tools to interpret quantitative and qualitative data.
Maintain accurate records of research activities and ensure data integrity.
Collaboration and Communication:
Work closely with cross-functional teams including R&D, sales, and marketing.
Present research findings and strategic recommendations to senior management.
Foster strong relationships with external research vendors and agencies.
Qualifications & Skills:
MBA in Marketing; B Pharma background preferred.
Proven experience (5+ years) in market research, product development, and event management within the pharmaceutical or dermatology products industry.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in market analysis tools and techniques.
Excellent project management abilities with a track record of successful product launches and event execution.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across functions and build relationships with Team & Management.
Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and a passion for innovation in skincare and dermatology,
