Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid Sales Executive role at PROPERTYPISTOL.com located in Hyderabad with flexibility for some remote work. The Sales Executive will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as prospecting potential clients, conducting property viewings, negotiating contracts, and closing deals. The role also involves maintaining client relationships, providing market insights, and achieving sales targets.
Qualifications
Strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills
Knowledge of the real estate market trends and practices
Experience in client relationship management
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field
Certification in Real Estate Sales will be a plus,
