Profile - sales Team lead.

This is a full-time, on-site Team lead - Motor Insurance role located in Gurgaon at Renewbuy (https://www.renewbuy.com/). The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of Tele sales Executives to develop, implement and manage a range of motor insurance products and To Manage a TEAM of 10 TRMs and deliver on Monthly targets.

Must be from Motor Insurance Sales Background. Key responsibilities include managing the day-to-day report, achieving Monthly Target, providing guidance and support to team members, and developing and implementing strategies to enhance customer service.

Qualifications
 2+ years of experience in the motor/automobile insurance industry, with at least 1 years in an. inside sales team handling.
 Expertise in the principles and practices of underwriting, claims management, pricing, distribution and product development in the motor insurance sector
 Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team of insurance professionals.
 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
 Familiarity with relevant regulations, guidelines and industry standards
 Proficiency in MS Office tools and experience with insurance management software systems.
