Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Team Lead - Edtech at SHRS - SARIKA HR SOLUTIONS in Bengaluru. The Sales Team Lead will be responsible for managing a team of sales professionals, providing customer service, communicating with clients, and driving sales growth.
Qualifications
Analytical skills and experience in sales data analysis
Team management and leadership experience
Excellent customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal
Proven track record in. sales
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
Experience in the Edtech industry is a plus
Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets
