Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales Team Lead at Hindustan Recruitment in Mumbai. The Sales Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing and managing the sales team, driving sales strategies, monitoring performance, and ensuring customer satisfaction on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications
Analytical Skills, Team Management, and Sales skills
Customer Service and Communication skills
Proven experience in leading and motivating a sales team
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
Ability to analyze sales data and trends to drive performance
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
Previous experience in a similar role is a plus,
