Role Description

This is a full-time Team Lead role at Pyzaql. The incumbent will be responsible for managing a team, ensuring customer service excellence, driving B2B deals, and analyzing data to make informed decisions. This is an on-site role located in Bengaluru.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective B2B sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and lead generation.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in target industries.
Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions to meet the needs of prospective clients.
Prepare and deliver. compelling sales presentations and proposals.
Negotiate contracts and close deals with a focus on achieving mutually beneficial outcomes.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify areas for business expansion.
Travel to meet with clients, attend industry events, and participate in networking opportunities.

Qualifications:

Proven track record of success in B2B sales, with experience in negotiating and closing complex deals.
Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques, with a focus on consultative selling.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with clients.
Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to travel extensively to meet with clients and prospects.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
