Role Description
This is a full-time role for an Institutional Sales Manager located in West Delhi. The Institutional Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing the sales strategy for institutional clients, building relationships with key clients, and driving revenue growth.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. Master's or MBA preferred.
7+ years of sales experience, with at least 4 years in institutional sales
Strong knowledge of financial instruments and investment products such as mutual funds, fixed income products, and equity securities
Experience in managing and leading sales teams, with ability to motivate and drive individuals towards achieving targets
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
Excellent. analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to identify business opportunities and develop effective sales strategies
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment, with exceptional time management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office,
