Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as an Area Sales Manager -Projects located in Tiruchirappalli. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for building and managing relationships with architects, builders, and contractors. The Area Sales Manager will also develop and execute sales strategies, meet sales targets, and identify new market opportunities.
Qualifications
Sales experience in the construction industry
Knowledge of local construction regulations and codes
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Strong. negotiation and problem-solving skills
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Experience with project management is a plus,
