This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead customer Retension & communicatiom Desk , resoonsible to keep team motivated with daily Periodic reports to cross departments
Customer visit with Review capabilities inter and intra
Qualifications
Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
Experience in B2B sales and customer service
A positive attitude, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges
An ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a team-oriented mindset
Bachelor's degree or higher in Sales, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience working in the logistics industry is preferred but not mandatory.,
