- Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
Receive requirement briefs from leads and clients
Maximize revenue by leading efforts to generate new clients and increase sales and define and implement the sales strategy for your area
Oversee the full sales cycle from identifying opportunities to successfully closing deals
Follow up with leads, match client requirements to the relevant spaces, schedule and accompany clients on tours
Create proposals with space options based on client requirements
Deliver exceptional customer experience by offering unbiased advice and assisting potential customers to select the right space based on their requirements
Build strong relationships with existing and potential clients
Focus on generating new leads and sales via word of mouth
Negotiate with space partners and close deals
Maintain a positive relationship with our space partners
Keep abreast of the local market
