Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET)

 Primary Responsibilities:
 Develop testing strategies
 Design, build, test and deploy effective test automation scripts for the product with objective of reusability and scalability
 Automate tests using test frameworks like Playwright/Pytest/Cypress
 Create test harnesses and infrastructure
 Work closely with QA team and move all the bugs identified in prod/QA cycle to test suite and avoid regression; increase test coverage and improve the product quality

Build and maintain automation tests for regression features.
 Required Skills:
 Overall experience of 2+ years in automation testing
 Proficient in at least one programming language - Java/Python/Go/Javascript
 Experience working with test frameworks - Selenium, Pytest, Cypress etc
 Knowledge of Agile Methodology ,standard QA processes and bug tracking tools
 Good analytical skills
 High sense of ownership and ability to wok in a fast paced environment
