Experience 2+ years working as a Quality Assurance Engineer (Manual) on UI and backend testing.
Knowledge of software QA (manual) methodologies, tools, and processes. Context & knowledge of Automation testing is a plus.
Strong understanding of user needs and ability to empathize with the user.
Excellent written and spoken communication skills, and strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
High attention to detail in testing and documentation.
Experience in functional testing/ regression testing.
Knowledge of Agile methodology.
Knowledge of writing test cases/ user stories (gherkin language is preferred).
Understanding of software development/testing/deployment cycle.
Good to have skills with the ability to differentiate and decide the impact of bugs found on the client's operations.
