Project Management Officer

The Project Manager for R&D IT will be responsible to manage IT Infrastructure projects which could be independent projects or part of a bigger program. The project manager will need to drive the project coordinating with multiple teams in IT organization and other organizations outside IT. The role demands to plan various deliverables of the project and execute them, report out to the project steering board. He/She will also be responsible for communication with stakeholders of the project.

The role reports to R&D IT Design Infrastructure PMO Manager and will partner closely with all IT organization mid leadership, design enablement and business representatives.

Key Responsibilities:

 Define project governance

 Document project brief and approval by board (scope, goals, deliverables, milestone, risks)

 Requirements elicitation, analysis and scoping for the implementation of infrastructure solutions and supplementary projects to align with best practices

 Planning and. execution, Coordination with tracks, Collaboration with DevOps teams (virtual resources)

 Proactively manage issues and mitigate risks to enable projects to stay on time, within budget, and with expected scope

 Manage project scope, cost, schedule, and contractual deliverables

 Manage the execution plan for all deliverables

 Provide updates to the stakeholders and project steering board

Education, experience and skills

 5+ years of experience in a project management (IT Infrastructure projects experience preferred) and having been end to end responsible for start and completion of smaller to mid-size projects

 Experience working with a complex stakeholder landscape is preferred (e.g. acting as trusted advisor and thought partner to mid managers and/or stakeholders).

 Bachelors or Masters in computer science is preferred.

 Certifications in PMP, SAFe , Agile and Scrum will help
