The Role: As a Senior Sales Executive at Supersourcing, you will play a critical role in understanding both the customer and business needs. You'll be at the forefront of our contract engineering offerings, engaging with senior stakeholders, and building meaningful relationships to drive our sales efforts forward. Key Responsibilities: Client Understanding: Deeply understand the needs and challenges of our clients to. offer tailored solutions. Business Acumen: Grasp the nuances of our contract engineering offerings to effectively sell to a diverse clientele. Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders, leveraging your ability to set up a strong rapport (Repo). Objection Handling: Skillfully navigate and address client objections, demonstrating resilience and adaptability. Demo Creation: Craft and present compelling demos that highlight the value and capabilities of our offerings. Requirement Gathering: Efficiently take and process client requirements, ensuring clarity and precision for the delivery team. Collaboration: Work closely with the Delivery Team to ensure client needs are met and exceeded. Sales Strategies: Utilize a mix of references, networking, and outbound strategies to drive sales, adapting your approach to whatever yields the best results. Ideal Candidate: Experience in the staffing industry, particularly within the tech sector, is highly desirable. Proven track record of successful sales, preferably in a B2B tech environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and persuade senior-level clients. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet. A team player with a proactive attitude and the drive to achieve sales targets. Familiarity with the latest sales techniques and tools, including CRM software.
