Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales And Marketing Specialist located in Kakori, Uttar Pradesh. The Sales And Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to promote our brand and increase revenue. The Sales And Marketing Specialist will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and provide customized solutions, and will work closely with the senior management team to ensure that these strategies align with the broader business objectives.

Qualifications
 Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
 4+ years of experience in sales and marketing
 Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
 Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful sales and marketing strategies
 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
 Proficiency with CRM software. and tools
 Experience in market research and analysis
 Experience building partnerships and relationships
 Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
 Experience with digital marketing and social media platforms is a plus
 Experience in the food industry is a plus,
