Job Description

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our creative team. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning graphics and designs across various platforms. You will collaborate with our marketing, branding, and content teams to produce engaging visual materials that effectively communicate our brand message. The ideal candidate is passionate about design, highly creative, and possesses a strong understanding of design principles and best practices.

Key Responsibilities
 Designing graphics for digital and print materials including social media posts, marketing collateral, presentations, advertisements, and more.
 Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into compelling visual designs.
 Creating wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts.
 Ensuring brand consistency across all design projects.
 Managing. multiple projects simultaneously and delivering high-quality work within deadlines.
 Staying updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve design quality and innovation.
 Providing feedback and guidance to junior designers when necessary.

Required Skills
 Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and/or XD).
 Strong visual design skills with a keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail.
 Experience in e-learning design and development, including the creation of interactive modules and multimedia content.
 Ability to effectively communicate design concepts and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
 Excellent time management and organizational skills.
 Familiarity with design principles, typography, and color theory.
 Experience with video editing and motion graphics is a plus.
 Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web design principles is desirable.

Qualifications
 Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
 Minimum of X years of experience in graphic design or a related field.
 Portfolio showcasing a range of design projects across various mediums.
 Strong verbal and written communication skills.
