Job Description
 Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
 A minimum of 3 years of experience in graphic design, motion graphics, and video editing.
 Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
 Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design and video projects.
 Excellent visual storytelling skills and a keen eye for detail.
 Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
 Experience with social media content creation and digital marketing.
 Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
 Strong organizational and time management skills.
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications
 Experience with 3D animation and modeling software (e.g., Cinema 4D, Blender).
 Knowledge of UI/UX design principles.
 Familiarity with video production equipment and techniques.
 Understanding of HTML and CSS for basic web design tasks.

Key Responsibilities
 Graphic Design :
 Create visually appealing and on-brand graphics for a variety of media, including social media, websites, and print.
 Develop ad creatives that capture the attention of the target audience and drive engagement.
 Design and produce marketing materials such as brochures, banners, and flyers.
 Motion Graphics :
 Design and animate motion graphics for video content, including intros, outros, lower thirds, and title animations.
 Create engaging and dynamic animations for social media and digital marketing campaigns.
 Video Creation and Editing :
 Produce high-quality video content from concept to completion, including storyboarding, shooting, and editing.
 Edit video footage, add effects, graphics, and sound to enhance the final product.
 Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling video content that aligns with brand guidelines.
 Collaboration and Communication :
 Work closely with the marketing, product, and content teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions.
 Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas and concepts.
 Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth project execution and delivery.
 Project Management :
 Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of the highest quality.
 Maintain organized project files and documentation for easy access and future reference.
 Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve design skills and knowledge.
