Job Description: Graphic Designer

Position Overview: We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work, including print, digital, and branding projects. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually appealing and effective designs that align with our brand identity and marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities:
 Conceptualize and Design:
 Develop creative concepts and designs for various projects, including marketing materials, social media graphics, website elements, brochures, and advertisements.
 Ensure all designs align with the companys brand guidelines and maintain a consistent look and feel across all platforms.
 Collaborate with Team:
 Work closely with the marketing team, copywriters, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet the desired objectives.
 Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for campaigns and projects.
 Create and Edit Visual Content:
 Design and produce high-quality visual content for both digital and print media.
 Edit and enhance images, illustrations, and other design elements to ensure they meet project specifications.
 Manage Multiple Projects:
 Handle multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and meeting deadlines.
 Prioritize tasks effectively and communicate progress to team members and project managers.
 Stay Updated on Design Trends:
 Keep abreast of the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
 Apply new design techniques and best practices to improve the quality and effectiveness of designs.
 Maintain Design Files:
 Organize and maintain a library of design assets, templates, and resources.
 Ensure all design files are properly saved and backed up according to company protocols.

Qualifications:
 Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
 Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio of work.
 Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
 Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
 Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
 Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
 Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.

Preferred Skills:
 Experience with web design and user interface (UI) design.
 Knowledge of motion graphics and video editing software.
 Familiarity with HTML/CSS and basic web development concepts.
 Experience with branding and identity design.

Work Environment:
 This is a full-time position based in Pune office
 The role may require some overtime to meet project deadlines.
