The ideal candidate is an energetic self-starter with the ability to identify influencers and key decision makers within accounts. You will discover qualified opportunities by responding to inbound interests and targeted outbound prospects to build rapport and establish long-term relationships.
The ideal candidate is a competitive self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced environment. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales.
As an Inside Sales Representative at Jobtwine, you will play a crucial role in generating new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and contributing to the growth of our customer base.
Responsibilities
Prospecting and Lead Generation:
Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels, including cold calling, emails, and social media.
Market Research:
Stay informed about industry trends, market. conditions, and competitor activities to tailor outreach strategies effectively.
Outbound Communication:
Engage with prospects through compelling communication to create interest in Jobtwine's products and services.
Effective cold calling & email marketing via tools like Instantly lemlist etc
Effective email campaigns to be launched and generate MQLs as per the targets
Qualification and Needs Analysis:
Conduct initial needs analysis to understand potential clients" requirements and qualify leads for the sales team.
CRM Management:
Keep accurate records of all interactions and activities in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity.
Collaboration with Sales Team:
Work closely with the sales team to hand over qualified leads and provide insights for effective sales strategies.
Achieve Targets:
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and opportunity qualification.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
Ideal relevant work experience of 2-4 years maximum (not more than that)
Preferred Experience in HR SaaS Tech space
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multi-task, organise, and prioritise work
Location has to be either Gurgaon/Delhi NCR or Bangalore (Mandatory)
Remote opportunity and for US time shift - Remote location is considered,
