Lead Solution Designer - Cloud Computing Platform

Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Solution Designer to join our team. As a Lead Solution Designer, you will be responsible for architecting end-to-end solutions that address our clients" business needs and technical requirements. You will lead a team of solution architects and collaborate closely with stakeholders to define solution strategies, design scalable architectures, and drive successful implementation :
 Lead a team of solution architects and provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to ensure the successful delivery of solution designs and projects.
 Collaborate with sales, product management, and engineering teams to understand customer requirements, business objectives, and technical constraints.
 Define solution strategies and roadmaps that align with customer needs, market trends, and company objectives.
 Architect end-to-end solutions that integrate hardware, software, and services to meet customer requirements, ensuring. scalability, reliability, and performance.
 Develop detailed solution designs, including system architecture, component specifications, integration points, and implementation plans.
 Evaluate technology options, conduct feasibility studies, and make recommendations based on technical merits, cost-effectiveness, and strategic alignment.
 Drive innovation and thought leadership by staying abreast of emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices.
 Lead solution presentations, workshops, and discussions with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to communicate technical concepts and gain alignment.
 Collaborate with project managers, delivery teams, and external partners/vendors to ensure successful implementation and deployment of solution designs.
 Provide ongoing support and expertise during solution implementation, troubleshooting technical issues,

and addressing customer concerns.
 Participate in solution reviews, post-implementation assessments, and continuous improvement initiatives to refine processes and enhance solution delivery :
 Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
 Proven experience as a Solution Architect, Technical Lead, or similar role in designing and delivering complex solutions in the IT industry.
 Strong expertise in enterprise architecture principles, solution design methodologies, and best practices.
 Experience leading and managing teams of solution architects, consultants, or engineers.
 Deep understanding of cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud-native architectures.
 Proficiency in designing solutions involving a combination of on-premises infrastructure, cloud services, and hybrid environments.
 Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non technical audiences.
 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and drive resolution.
 Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and build consensus among stakeholders.
 Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
