Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Logistics & Customer Service Executive located in Hyderabad. The Logistics & Customer Service Executive will be responsible for managing logistics, handling customer inquiries and complaints, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and providing excellent customer service. The Logistics & Customer Service Executive will also oversee inventory management and assist with logistics operations as needed.
Qualifications
1+ years of experience in logistics and customer service
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer experience
Proficiency in inventory management & logistics
Experience with data analysis and reporting
Strong problem-solving skills and. ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail
