- Job Summary:
The Sales Team Leader (Immigration) will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales professionals to achieve the company's immigration services sales targets. This role involves overseeing the sales process, developing strategies to drive sales growth, and ensuring excellent customer service. The Sales Team Leader will also work closely with the marketing, operations, and legal teams to ensure compliance with immigration regulations and to provide the best possible solutions for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership and Management:
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed sales targets.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing training and development opportunities.
Foster a collaborative and positive team environment.
Sales Strategy and Planning:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Set clear sales goals and KPIs for the team and track progress.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Handle high-profile clients and complex sales negotiations.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing client needs and concerns promptly.
Operational and Compliance Oversight:
Ensure all sales activities comply with immigration laws and regulations.
Work closely with the legal and compliance teams to stay updated on changes in immigration policies.
Oversee the documentation and process flow to ensure smooth operations.
Reporting and Analysis:
Prepare regular sales reports and present them to senior management.
Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Use CRM software to manage client information and sales activities efficiently.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Advanced degree or certifications in immigration law or related areas is a plus.
Proven experience in a sales leadership role, preferably within the immigration or legal services industry.
Strong understanding of immigration processes and regulations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales management tools.
