- We are seeking a motivated and experienced Inside Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong drive to succeed. As an Inside Sales Executive, you will be responsible for managing the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals, while providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
Generate new sales opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach.
Qualify leads and conduct product demonstrations via phone or online platforms.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
Understand customer needs and offer solutions that align with their requirements.
Negotiate pricing and terms of agreements to close sales.
Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, contacts, and opportunities in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the marketing. and product teams to develop sales strategies and initiatives.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.
Qualifications:
1+ years of experience in inside sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and persuade clients.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in selling software solutions and channel network development.
Familiarity with IT service and product sales processes.
Knowledge of digital marketing and lead generation strategies.
