Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Regional Sales Manager at MEKING BUILDTEC INDIA PVT LTD in Chennai. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a team of sales representatives, building and maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Qualifications
Sales Strategy Development, Team Management, and Customer Relationship Management skills
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Understanding of structural engineering or construction industry
Ability to travel within the region as needed
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field,
