Graphic Design Specialist

Responsibilities:

- Visualize ideas and transform them into engaging visual content (graphics and videos) for various external stakeholder engagement platforms, as well as internal publications.

- Design banners, posters, graphics, and logos for campaigns, as well as digital and social media platforms.

- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams to gather relevant content inputs and execute designs.

- Ensure that final graphics and layouts adhere to the company's brand guidelines.

- Review final layouts and recommend improvements when necessary.

- Analyze existing processes, identify deficiencies, and devise solutions to enhance design capabilities.

Requirements:

- College degree in graphic design or a closely related field.

- 1 to 3 years of experience in a graphic design role.

- A robust design portfolio demonstrating your creative expertise.

- Proficiency with graphic design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and CorelDRAW.

- Strong aesthetic sense with knowledge of typography, color, and various design styles and trends.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Effective time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.

- Ability to give and receive constructive feedback.

- Experience with computer-aided design.,
