Job Title: Freelance - Graphic and Website Designer

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities (KRAs):

Graphic Design:
 Create visually appealing and on-brand graphics for various marketing and promotional materials.
 Design marketing collaterals such as brochures, banners, flyers, and social media posts.
 Ensure consistency in design across different platforms and materials.

Website Design:
 Develop and design user-friendly, responsive websites that align with the company's branding.
 Collaborate with the marketing and development teams to gather requirements and translate them into visually appealing web designs.
 Stay updated with the latest design trends and technologies to enhance the overall user experience.
 Optimize websites for speed and performance.

Creative Input:
 Provide creative input and contribute to brainstorming sessions for marketing campaigns.
 Offer innovative design ideas to enhance. the overall visual communication of the brand.

Qualifications and Skills:
 Proven experience as a Graphic and Website Designer, preferably in a marketing or advertising agency.
 Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and web design tools.
 Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography.
 Excellent creativity and attention to detail.
 Strong communication and collaboration skills.
